Care Providers are eligible to apply for medical, dental, and optical insurance after their first 3 months of employment if they maintain an average of 20 hours worked each week. The employee's monthly participation for insurance is only $17. Also, we provide sick pay and vacation pay. Vehicle mileage used during work is reimbursed at $0.575 each mile. Travel time between clients is paid also. As an added benefit ISC has welcomed Aflac on board.
