We offer daily living assistance including personal hygiene, meal preparation, laundry, light housekeeping, and other tasks necessary to keep a client independent. Additional services include transportation with complete assistance to and from doctors offices, pharmacies and grocery shopping, errands and companionship. We serve the entire Spokane, Whitman, and Tri-Counties in Eastern Washington. We are locally owned and operated. Services are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. ISC is funded in part by Aging and Long Term Care of Eastern Washington with federal, state, and local funds.

The following are the rates we charge for Private Clients. Private Clients are those individuals who are not eligible for financial assistance through the State of Washington. We also offer services in conjunction with the State of Washington COPES, Medicaid Personal Care, Chore, DDD, and VA contracts.

Monday through Friday between the hours of 8AM to 6PM is $17 per hour. All other hours, which include evenings and weekends, are $19 per hour. There is a 2 hour minimum. Any hours served on a federal holiday is billed at twice the regular rate.

There is a one time Registration Fee of $20. This fee is not refundable. If you were to ever leave our services and return at a later time, the fee will be waved. Note: This fee is not applied to those who only use the Transportation Service.

If you are in need of only transportation services, you may choose to sign up for our Transportation Service. The rate for this service is $27 round trip plus $0.60 each mile. If the transportation task exceeds 1 1/2 hours, services will be billed at the regular hourly rate in 15 minute increments (see above).
